Advanced Bathmate Exercises for Length and Girth

Hey again everybody. 

Today I want to talk about some more advanced exercises you can do with your Bathmate which can give you a great all day hang, perfect to show off in the locker room or bedroom.

Bathmate Stretches

To do Bathmate stretches, first enter the pump as normal with a 70 to 80% erection. Pump for a good 5 minutes to ensure you are properly warmed up and that you are loosened out fully.

Once the Bathmate has reached the proper level of suction you can begin the exercise. Following the outline below, use both hands to stretch the penis in the described manner.

–Upward Stretches (as high as possible)
–Straight Outward Stretches
–Out To Left
–Out To Right
–Straight Down Stretches

You may find that your penis is stretching a lot inside the pump and may need to increase the suction between sets. If this is the case, it is really good as you know you are really pushing the limits of the size of your penis.

You may find that the following day your penis may be tender or fatigued. For this reason, I would suggest doing every other day starting off as this is pretty intense, but you will find after a few weeks the results are fantastic. You should begin to notice a better all day hang and fully, stronger erections.

Bathmate Girth Blasters

This one is really not for the faint-hearted, and definitely not a beginners exercise. I would suggest doing 4 to 6 weeks of the Bathmate Stretches prior to trying this.

  • Again, start this exercise by pumping for 10 minutes at a good suction level as normal for your workout.
  • Remove the Bathmate and get yourself to an 80 or 90% erection level.
  • Perform "slow squash jelqs" for 5 minutes. This is similar to the regular jelq, but instead using one hand, perform an OK grip behind the glands and grip firmly. Use the other hand to perform a jelq from the base of the penis, right up to your other hand - this motion should take about 8 seconds
  • Repeat twice the Bathmate for 10 minutes and 5 minutes of slow squash jelqs, which will take your workout in total 45 minutes.

Final Thoughts

These exercises are intense but will lead to great gains in both your flaccid and erect length and girth.
