Penis Measuring

Now that I have described the basics of a Penis Enlargement routine it is time to explain how to monitor your progress and to measure your penis correctly and consistently.
For the purpose of this post I would like to introduce a few commonly used abbreviations used in Penis Enlargement (PE). These abbreviations are;

BPEL - Bone Pressed Erection Length

BPEL is where penis length is measured at a 100% erection. The ruler is then pressed into the pubic bone and BPEL is the distance from the pubic bone to the tip of the penis. The pressure you apply to the pubic bone should be consistant and can vary from person to person. The main benefit of measuring bone pressed is that the pubic bone is a consistent reference point and does not move.

NBPEL - Non Bone Pressed Erection Length
NBPEL is similar to BPEL except the reference point is not taken from the pubic bone, it is instead taken from the base of the penis and the reference point is not the pubic bone.

BPEL vs NBPEL
BPEL is much more commonly used in the PE world than NBPEL. The main reason for this is due to the fact that BPEL is more consistent than NBPEL even if you put on or lose weight since the pubic bone does not move.

MEG - Mid Erection Girth
MEG is basically the circumference of the penis or the girth, at a full erection. Using a tape measure that most people would use for clothes you can wrap it around the middle of your shaft and measure the girth of your penis. This is the most common way of monitoring your penis girth and should always be measured at a 100% erection. This is shown in Figure 2 below.

BEG - Base Erection Girth
BEG is the exact same as MEG only the girth measurement is taken from the base of the penis.

BEG vs MEG
MEG is used more commonly than BEG due to the fact that the center of the shaft is usually closer to the average girth of the penis. Just beware it does not really matter where you take the girth measurement just ensure that you are taken it from a consistent point along the penis. For example, the BEG is usually higher than the MEG so you cannot use one measurement one month and think you have grown because you used a BEG the following month.

Now that you know how to measure the penis, it is a lot easier to monitor your progress and see how you are gaining. One thing you may notice is that the measurements are all about erect size and not flaccid size. The reason for not using flaccid size is because it varies so much due to temperature, fluid levels, exercise and so on. However, when you increase your erect size you usually increase flaccid size also so fear not my friends :)

JP 90s routine

Before I begin this post I just want to confirm that I in no way shape or form came up with this routine. This routine is simply one that I came across many, many times and would recommend to any beginner PE'er. It comes from a guy know as JP90 from the PEGym (one of the best sites for information on Penis Enlargement), which I would highly recommend anyone to join to increase their knowledge and get to meet some great friendly people always there to lend a helping hand.

The routine is copied below for everyone to see :)





Warming UP. 

This is one of the most important things you do to prevent injury:

With a HOT wash cloth, warm your entire groin area for a period of 8 to 10 minutes. Re-heat washcloth every minute or so to keep it hot. This is recommended, as moist heat penatrates better.

You may also use a heated Rice Sock. 

Making sure your penis is wrapped and throughly heated.
You want to feel your penis radiating heat when you are through. You want to warm all the LIG's even the ones under your penis and the sides of your groin area.


Basic Stretching Exercises

Grasp your warmed up FLACCID, (Try and stay as flaccid as you can for these stretching exercises, less than 30% erection is ideal) penis between the thumb and first finger at the base. Palm toward belly. Stretch out slightly and do what are called "Helicopter Shakes." Using your wrist, swing your penis around in a circle, about 5 revs per second for a quick count of 20. (kind of like twirling a key chain)

Grasp your penis behind the glans in the O.K. grip palm down and stretch to the left holding the stretch against the theigh.
While holding this stretch, do 25 quick Kegels. (count to 25)
Next, while still holding the stretch, pull straight out and do 10 stretches in a BIG circle to the left and 10 to the right holding the pull. 
Try to rub your hand across your belly as you do these. 

Return to the base and repeat "Helicopter Shakes". It will be easier to do now, as your flaccid length will be longer. This will get the blood back into the glans.

Stretch to the right and do 25 quick Kegels. Pull straight out and do 10 BIG circles to the left and ten circles to the right.

Repeat "Helicopter Shakes."

Stretch straight out, do Kegels, repeat circle stretches.

Repeat "Helicopter Shakes."

Stretch straight up do Kegels and repeat circle stretches.

Finish with "Helicopter Shakes."

These are the basic stretching exercises to do, as a prelude to the next step, Wet Jelqing.

WET Jelqing

WET JELQING:

No need to re-warm, as your Ligs will be nice and loose now.

Using a good lube. (I use a water based lube by the brand name of Suave, with Vit E and Lanolin, found in any drug store. It's cheap, smells good leaves your skin nice and easy clean up.

A couple of squirts of lube in each hand. (Re-lube often when it starts to feel dry) Hint...get a little water on your hands during Jelqing, this re-activates the lube already on the hands and shaft.
Grasp your penis at the base firmly, in the O.K. grip, palms facing down.

Slide, holding the grip, up to the glans. While holding the grip at the glans, start your other hand at the base. when half way up the shaft, release the grip at the glans and continue the slide up, trapping the blood at the glans and upper shaft. 
Repeat these "Wet Jelqs" for a count of 50 reps. If you become erected, stop and wait for it to subside some. You want to be about 60% to 70% erected for these. Do these slowly. About 3 or 4 seconds per rep. Both hands count as 1 rep. As you become more used to these exercises, it won't feel as much like masturbation and you will not get erected as easily. Do these exercises straight out.


-------"V" JELQS
Next, do what are called "V" Jelqs. These are done by useing the V between your middle and next finger. Cup your hand and slide up the shaft with your fingers curled toward your belly and the underside of your shaft resting in the "V". The fingers should be rideing on the sides of your shaft. Make sure you use lots of lube as you want to slide smoothly for these exercises. When you reach the glans, start your other hand up. These are a great exercise for Head Girth, Overall Girth and Stretching.

As you are sliding up the shaft, pull straight up. Alternate by pulling up and to the right, up and to the left. Do 30 of these reps.

Repeat with 50 "Wet Jelqs" and 30 "V" Jelqs. 

Do a total of 150 "Wet Jelqs" and 90 "V" Jelqs.



Warming Down

Warm Down;

This is VERY important. This will prevent trama injury to your penis.

Do the same as warming up, HOT wash cloth. Warm down for a minimum of 5 to 6 minutes. Do these exercises to start, for 5 days and then, Important, take 2 full days off from PE. This will give your penis a chance to heal and grow, but continue to do your Kegels whenever you think about them. .
If you find this is too much, reduce the exercises to, 2 days on and 1 day off. 

As you start to see results, usually girth and flacid length, first, the temptation to go overboard will be great. But, and I stress this, Don't try and jump into some of the advanced routines posted here in this, or other forums. These exercises are designed to start you on your way to a Longer and thicker penis and to PREVENT injury.

As you progress, and master these exercises, usually about a 3 month time period to see length gains, but you will see flacid and some girth gains as early as 3 weeks. Remember,all of your gains are permanent. Good luck to all, in your quest for a larger penis.

Beginner Penis Enlargement Routine

Now that I have explained how to do jelqing and stretching you are more or less ready to start into your first routine. A beginner routine should usually be done with a 2/3 days on, 1 day off, or else by doing a 5 days on, 2 days off (i.e. weekdays on, weekends off). For a beginner I would usually recommend a 3 on 1 off routine.

The Routine:

To begin the routine you should shower for 5 minutes directing warm water around the penis and genitalia to ensure all the ligaments and vessels and nice and loose. If you do not want to shower you could use a warm rice sock and warm it around the penis to warm it up.

Then do the following;

2 sets of the stretching:
30 seconds stretching left/right/up/down/straight out (5 minutes total)

Then start jelqing ensuring you are about 50% erect, so not flaccid but not completely erect either.

Perform 5 minutes of jelqing, each rep lasting about 3 seconds. This should allow you to do 150 jelqs in the 5 minutes. You can either do the routine by counting reps or by the time taken.

In total this routine should take you 10 minutes starting off. Each week I would advise you to add 1 minute of jelqing, until you reach 15 minutes of jelqing. This should take 10 weeks and your routine should then take 20 minutes in total excluding the warm up.

Penis Stretching

Stretching is one of the main exercises used in conjunction with jelqing for increasing penis size. Stretching can elongate the penis by stretching the suspensory ligament and pull more of the penis outside of the body. As can be shown in the diagram below in Figure 1, if the suspensory ligament is elongated the penis should in theory hang lower and look bigger. A large amount of the penis is located inside the body and can be pulled outwards from the body with consistent force.

Stretching is performed by grabbing the penis just behind the glands with an OK grip similar to that of jelqing. If you are circumcised it is preferable to pull back the foreskin and grab behind the glands of the penis. The penis should be stretched in every direction so to ensure the ligaments are elongated as much as possible.

Stretching should always be done after a warm up in the shower or bath for 5 minutes. A beginners routine may be similar to the following;

Warm up for 5 minutes
Stretch the penis upwards for the 30 seconds
Stretch the penis downwards for the 30 seconds
Stretch the penis to the left for the 30 seconds
Stretch the penis to the right for the 30 seconds
Stretch the penis straight out from the body for 30 seconds

These 5 stretches should be repeated at least once after this, moving up to 3 sets with experience.
These are the basic stretching exercises however there are many more which I will explain in the coming weeks. 
Doing these stretches only takes 5 minutes but within a few weeks, if done everyday, you should begin to see an increase in both flaccid and erect length.

How to Jelq

Let me begin my introduction to the world of penis enlargement by going through some simple exercises in which anyone (with hands and a penis) can do in their spare time. Over the coming weeks I will show you how to incorporate these exercises into a routine and show how to progress to more advanced exercises to target specific goals such as length or girth.

Jelqing
Jelqing is the weight training equivalent of the squat or bench press, it is the holy grail of penis enlargement exercises and it should be the backbone of all routines. Jelqing works by increasing the pressure in the penis cavities which are supplied with an increase flow of blood during erections. The increase in pressure inside the penis expands  these cavities over a prolonged period of time thus increasing the size of the penis. 

How to Jelq
Jelqing is done by performing and OK grip at the base of the penis as show in the image below. An erection level of roughly 50% must be attained prior to performing the ok grip (i.e. 0% being fully flaccid and 100% being a full blown monster erection). A lubricant such as Baby Oil or KY Jelly should be applied to the penis to reduce friction, prior to jelqing.


Now once you have your erection and your lubricated semi-erect penis, perform the OK grip at the base, squeezing gently but not so much that you are choking your little man, and stroke up to the base of the head of the penis (i.e the glands).

Note:  You should never go all the way up the penis over the glands, always stop before you reach the glands. Jelqing over the glands can not only causes damage to sensitivity but can also cause blood vessel breakage and other things you do not want.

The jelqs of the penis must be about 2 to 3 seconds in length and should not be done quickly.

You should alternate hands when jelqing so as to apply even pressure over the course of the workout. If you are circumcised you have nothing to worry about, but for uncircumcised folks like myself, you may want to retract the foreskin whilst jelqing, or you may not, whatever is your personal preference.

You should always warm up the penis prior to performing jelqing. The easiest way to warm up is by taking a warm bath or shower for at least 5 minutes, or by using a warm rice sock which you can pop into the microwave. 

Jelqing can work both length or girth with some people experiencing one or both of these. In my experience I found I increased in length more than girth but I have heard stories of the complete opposite too.

Welcome everyone

Hello everyone and welcome to my blog. 

My name is Alan and in my blog I am going to be describe to you, genuine and effective methods to increase the size of your manhood and to increase your overall penile health.

Why would you do this you might ask? Well a study carried out in 1994 showed that over 50% of men over 40 years of age will experience a degree of erectile dysfunction at some stage of their lives. Penis Enlargement or PE as I will refer to it from here on out can not only reduce the likelihood of a man having erectile dysfunction but can also increase his erection quality and size, i.e. harder and larger erections. The male ego is a powerful thing and I have not come across many men who would not like to increase the size of there penis to some degree even if they are in the region of being classified as average.

My own experiences with PE have seen me increase the size of my penis from 6" in length and 5" in girth to 8" in length and 5.5" in girth over 2 years. This was done through a series of manual exercises which can be done using your hands and some basic lubricant such as Baby Oil. I also incorporated penis devices into my routine after some months of manual exercises to increase the size of my penis. All of this of course will be explained in detail over the coming posts and if you have any questions or are in need of advice I am more than happy to help.

Unlike other sites which are trying to sell you Penis Pills or anything like that to help increase your penis size (all of which are a scam by the way) I will detail to you a tried and tested method of penis enlargement where you may see results in a matter of weeks, and hopefully be the envy of all the other guys in the locker room.

I will detail some devices in which I have found useful in increasing the size and quality of my erections, but these are optional and are not in any way necessary to increase the size of your little guy.
